Side Pod Assembly
Rear wing Assembly
With a strategy for a Aero package designed for easy of manufacturing. This Aeropackage implemented a flat floor design with side pod and rear wing that were later evoved to final design
This Duct Inlet was the first designed iteration of profiled to the angle of the final front wing flap which was later evolved to the final full duct. This inlet I developed was the first of it's type to have an angled profiled opening to match the front wing airflow

Side Wing Assembly
Design team 3
This new wing strategy I led developed Design team 1 for was incorporated with a custom mainplane with out-washing endplates. This wing resulted in producing the highest level of downforce of the other design teams however as this resulted in comprimising the Aero balance further development was needed.
I led the the Mechanical Design and assembly of the Side wing. This included reducing unnecessary weight and hardware to provide easy of assembly and long term durability. While the 2024 sidewing used large heavy inserts to the sidewing panels the 2025 panels had a top hat design which where added after the lamination process and made from ABS instead of aluminum.
